I grew these last year for the first time and loved them so that I am growing them again this year. I have used them for boiling, baking, mashing and roasting, and the flavour is excellent with any cooking method. Combined with good resistance to pests and disease, including slugs,of which I have many, these Isle of Jura potatoes are definitely one of my all-time favourites.
