A very attractive trumpet lily with large buttercup yellow flowers held on tall, sturdy stems. Winner of the RHS 'Award of Garden Merit'. 8 week flowering time through July and August.

Award winning 'Golden Splendour' is a very large Trumpet Lily with very large golden yellow flowers marked with burgundy on the outside. Plants that are well established in a good site can produce up to 20 blossoms on each stem and will flower for a long period.
'Golden Splendour' is also celebrated for it's fragrance so is often planted in pots on or near a seating area as well as being a valuable cut flower for the same reason.
Height 90-120cm. Flowering mid to late Summer.
When planting, each bulb should surrounded with a little sharp sand both under and above the bulb to keep slugs away and to ward off excessive wetness. As most liliums are stem rooting we strongly recommend you plant at 15cm deep. They give a much better display when planted in clumps of3,6 or 12 bulbs, 45cm apart.
Planting time is December to April. Lilium bulbs will greatly appreciate the shelter of low growing shrubs or other plants near their roots. In active growth, apply water freely and it is advised that every two weeks you apply a high potash liquid fertilizer.

Premier/Deluxe raised beds €9.95 - Premier or Deluxe raised beds carry a delivery of €9.95 per complete order. €9.95 is the total delivery price irrespective of the number of raised beds or additional items ordered.
Bulky Items €9.95 - Some large items (e.g. compost bins) carry a delivery charge of €9.95. Any items that carry the large item surcharge will be clearly marked on the product page.
Will there be any extra charges? There are no customs fees. Occasionally an additional delivery charge may be incurred when preorder items are ordered along with items for immediate delivery. Preorder items include bulbs, seed potatoes, garlic, onions, bare root stock etc.

We also deliver to the UK and other European countries, please see our delivery rates below. Our flat delivery rate is an absolute bargain and is far cheaper than any of our competitors, please take this into account when comparing product prices.

How long does it take?
Stock permitting we aim to dispatch your goods within 2 working days of receiving your order. The average time taken from order to delivery is 2-3 days for Irish orders, 3-5 days for UK orders, and 8-10 working days for other European destinations.
What If I'm not in at time of delivery?
The driver will leave a note with the depot contact number. Delivery can be arranged for the next day or a later date.
I'm ordering several items, do they all arrive at the same time?
All items dispatched at the same time will normally be delivered in one delivery. The exceptions are bulk bags of soil or compost which comes in a separate delivery using a different delivery company. Seedlings will be dispatched directly from our tunnels.
What if my parcel is damaged or I wish to return the goods I have ordered?
Contact our office at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange collection and refund or replacement of faulty or damaged goods.
If you wish to return goods for any reason other than damaged or faulty items please return the item to us at the following address and we will issue a refund minus the delivery charge. Goods must be undamaged and in their original packaging. Please take care when parceling returned goods to ensure it reaches us in good condition.
