Vegtrug Raised Vegetable Planter With Frame & Cover

At 800mm high this really is a raised garden bed! The 'Vegtrug' raised garden takes the hard work out of vegetable  growing. We absolutely love them! They are a perfect outside the back door for herbs and salad, when you need a few crunchy leaves or fresh aromatic herbs just pop out and grab a handful. You can even grow deeper rooted crops along the centre of the bed thanks to it's clever 'v' shape design.

Special Offer includes poly grower cover and frame. The covers are custom made from high quality materials and enable you to get so much more from your trug. The frame screws tightly onto the trug ensuring you don't find it in the hedge after a windy night! The poly cover gives you added protection and warmth early in the year or late in the season. Found the product to be easy to assemble and good looking. Should prove durable. Only faults with the trug is a slightly unsatisfactory way the end panels are held by the screws. Seems to be holding up though. Covers have survived some high winds. Have not realized its full potential yet because the soil I put in it is not up to scratch. Expect better results next year with new soil.

I am waiting delivery of a veg trug. Do I I need to purchase a liner?

Hi Peter, no you don't need to purchase a liner, it is included in the pack.

Delivery Times

We will be operating our business as usual over the coming months as thankfully, current lockdown measures haven't required us to close our warehouses. Delivery times have been impacted over the year with the increase in online shopping putting immense strain on all couriers. Thankfully we are almost back to normal. We expect to have your order dispatched within 2 working days. Please allow 1-2 days after dispatch for delivery.

Out of Stock Products

Going through our site, you may notice many products are marked out of stock, this is only a temporary measure to enable our warehousing department to catch up with re-stocking and to train in new staff. We estimate a return to normalcy over the next two weeks so check back soon for your favourite products.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience which may have been caused due to Covid-19 and very much appreciate your patience during this time. Some of our customers had delays in receiving their orders in a timely manner but thankfully 99% of orders got through on schedule.

Contacting Us

Unless 5 working days have elapsed since you placed your order please try to avoid contacting the office for delivery information as answering queries further slows packing. The Exception to this is our raised ponds which will take two weeks to be dispatched from our warehouse and and delivered to you. Of course if you have received a damaged item, are missing something or are over the 5 day lead time please feel free to email us at support@quickcrop.com and we will respond as quickly as possible. Due to high volumes of queries it can take up to one working day for a reply. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

 

Standard Quickcrop deliveries only €3.95.

Standard delivery €3.95 - Our standard delivery rate is €3.95 and covers all goods except raised beds and some selected heavy items. €3.95 is the total delivery price irrespective of the number of items ordered.

Allotment raised beds €5.95 - Allotment style raised beds carry a delivery of €5.95 per complete order. €5.95 is the total delivery price irrespective of the number of allotment raised beds or additional items ordered.

Premier/Deluxe raised beds €9.95 - Premier or Deluxe raised beds carry a delivery of €9.95 per complete order. €9.95 is the total delivery price irrespective of the number of raised beds or additional items ordered.

Bulky Items €9.95 - Some large items (e.g. compost bins) carry a delivery charge of €9.95. Any items that carry the large item surcharge will be clearly marked on the product page.

European deliveries outside Ireland
We also deliver to the UK and other European countries, please see our delivery rates below. Our flat delivery rate is an absolute bargain and is far cheaper than any of our competitors, please take this into account when comparing product prices.

Where do we deliver to?
We deliver nationwide to the island of Ireland, the U.K., Austria, Benelux Countries, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and Switzerland. Please see our delivery rates below:

€12.95 - The United Kingdom (Highlands and Islands may incur a surcharge, please contact us at support@quickcrop.com for details)

€14.95 - Austria, Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, France, Germany, Switzerland.

How long does it take?
Stock permitting we aim to dispatch your goods within 2 working days of receiving your order. The average time taken from order to delivery is 4 - 5 days for Irish and UK orders, and up to 8 working days for other European destinations.

What If I'm not in at time of delivery?
The driver will leave a note with the depot contact number. Delivery can be arranged for the next day or a later date.

I'm ordering several items, do they all arrive at the same time?
All items dispatched at the same time will normally be delivered in one delivery. The exceptions are bulk bags of soil or compost which comes in a separate delivery using a different delivery company. Seedlings will be dispatched directly from our tunnels.

What if my parcel is damaged or I wish to return the goods I have ordered?
Contact our office at support@quickcrop.com and we will arrange collection and refund or replacement of faulty or damaged goods.

If you wish to return goods for any reason other than damaged or faulty items please return the item to us at the following address and we will issue a refund minus the delivery charge. Goods must be undamaged and in their original packaging. Please take care when parceling returned goods to ensure it reaches us in good condition.
