Vegetable Plug Plants From Our Plant Nursery
We sow vegetable seeds from our own range of seeds in our polytunnels and carefully grow them to 4/6 weeks old, once they are healthy young seedlings we dispatch them. This takes away a lot of the work and unpredictability involved, leaving you with strong established seedlings. This 42 cell plant tray will hold 42 healthy vegetable plug plants when we send it out, you can choose up to 6 different vegetables from a range of over 40. Each veg plant chosen will fill a row of 7.
How It Works
Create your own custom selection of vegetable plants. The 42 cell plant tray is a modular tray with 48 cells for seedlings. Using our unique 'Choose Your Own' software above, you can fill the tray with 6 rows of 7 veg seedlings from our range of over 40 different, carefully grown vegetable plug plants. Simply click the 'Add To Tray' button beneath the vegetable you want to add to your tray and a row of 7 will be filled in with it. Repeat this process until the tray is full. You can easily remove a row of plants from the tray by clicking the 'Clear' button at the top and each row can be easily moved around the tray by dragging and dropping to re-position. Having multiples of each plant increases the likelihood of success when it comes to harvest time.

Range of Vegetable Plants Available
The vegetable plug plants available for the 42 cell plant tray change throughout the year to suit the seasons. Currently available is our autumn vegetable selection, you can choose from any of the following: Basil Genovese, Beetroot Chioggia, Beetroot Pablo, Broccoli Calabrese, Carrot Paris Round, Rainbow Chard, Coriander Calypso, Florence Fennel, Kale (Curly), Kale (Italian), Kale (Russian), Kohl Rabi, Lettuce Butterhead, Lettuce Iceberg Saladin, Lettuce Lollo Rossa, Lettuce Mesclun Mix, Lettuce Mini Cos, Oriental Mizuna Mix, Pak Choi Joi Choi, Radish Cherry Bell, Oriental Rocket, Oriental Salad Mix, Spinach Annual 'Palco', Perpetual Spinach, Spring Onion Ishikura, Turnip Tokyo Cross, Cabbage Savoy, Cabbage - Chinese, Cabbage - Spring, Claytonia, Endive, Corn Salad, Raddichio Palla Rossa.
The range will be changed later on in the year to include our Winter vegetable plug plants.
