Wood stain and protect from Protek is a multi-purpose, water based wood stain that is ideal for protecting and colouring the whole garden. Quick drying and non-harmful to plants, animals or children, this wood stain is also water repelling. It provides weather proofing protection to any kind of timber as well as to masonry and terracotta pots. We stock multiple colours of wood stain and protect to compliment any existing garden decor and to rejuvenate old and tired looking fences and sheds. The pigments selected are organic looking and bright. All of Proteks wood stain and protect range have very low VOCs (volatile organic compounds) and good eco-credentials, they create a quick-drying micro-porous coating that contains a mould inhibitor to protect the coating. This coating both enriches and allows the nature of the wood and grain to show through. It leaves a matt finish with the colour and sheen being intensified with the application of further coats.
