Blackcurrant Bushes For Growing
An ideal black currant for the home garden it attains a very manageable size of only 3 feet at maturity. This variety has frost and mildew resistance so a good choice for colder sites.The large black fruits have wonderful flavor for eating fresh or making into jams, jellies, syrup, juice and wine.
Ready for harvesting mid-July. The fruit should be picked quickly as can fall from the bush when ripe.
Plant 1.5 metre apart.
