Will there be any extra charges? There will be no customs fees or any extra charges other than what you pay at the checkout

Can I collect?
Yes, you can collect most items from our warehouse in Sligo; simply select this option at checkout, and we will send you a confirmation email once goods are ready to collect. The full address for collection is:

European deliveries outside Ireland
We also deliver to the UK and other European countries, please see our delivery rates below. Our flat delivery rate is an absolute bargain and is far cheaper than any of our competitors, please take this into account when comparing product prices.

We deliver nationwide to the island of Ireland, the U.K., Austria, Benelux Countries, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and Switzerland. Please see our delivery rates below:

UK - €8.95 - The United Kingdom (Highlands and Islands may incur a surcharge, please contact us using our contact page for details. Please note we have a UK business as well. Just go to www.quickcrop.co.uk to make a purchase on this site.

€14.95 - Belgium, The Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany

€29.95 - Rest of Europe

How long does it take?
The average time taken from order to delivery is 1-2 working days for Irish orders, 3 working days for UK orders, and up to 8 working days for other European destinations.

Can I track the parcel myself?
When the order has been dispatched we will provide you with a tracking number for your shipment. You will be able to track its progress using that. You can, of course, contact us through our contact page should you need any further information.

What If I'm not in at time of delivery?
The driver will leave a note with the depot contact number if you are not in. Delivery can be arranged for the next day or a later date.

I'm ordering several items, do they all arrive at the same time?
All items dispatched at the same time will normally be delivered in one delivery. The exceptions are bulk bags of soil or compost which comes in a separate delivery using a different delivery company.

Seasonal Products
If your order has a seasonal item in it like Garlic, Onions, Potatoes, Bulbs or Fruit we will hold your order until the seasonal item arrives in to stock. If you need the other items in your order sooner just email us and we will arrange to have them sent out.

What if my parcel is damaged or I wish to return the goods I have ordered?
Contact us and we will arrange collection and refund or replacement of faulty or damaged goods.

If you wish to return goods for any reason other than damaged or faulty items please return the item to us at the following address and we will issue a refund minus the delivery charge. Goods must be undamaged and in their original packaging. Please take care when parceling returned goods to ensure it reaches us in good condition.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Damages to goods delivered must be reported within 2 working days of delivery being received and a photo of the damages emailed to us via our contact page. We will respond within 24 hours with a full resolution. After 48 hours we can not claim for the damage goods against the couriers so this time frame is really important.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
