Dark Green Chervil With A Mild Taste
Chervil is a mild tasting herb with smooth dark green leaves and a subtle anise flavour. It is best used finely chopped and used in egg, fish and chicken dishes and salads as well as sauces and dressings. A vastly underrated herb.

Sowing & Spacing:
Sow from late March until August. For a continuous supply sow every three weeks or so. Chervil can be sown straight into the ground or into modular trays.
Keep plants approximately 20cm (7.87in) apart, with the same distance between rows.
