Description
A traditional heirloom Italian Corona bean with large, oval-shaped beans with creamy, pale yellowish white flesh and a mild, meaty taste. Often called the “poor mans meat” because they triple in size when cooked. The skins also stay intact while the inside yields a creamy texture. Grown for dried beans for storage.
