Description
A Favourite Heirloom Aubergine Seed
Black Beauty is a very popular heirloom variety of aubergine, producing an excellent yield of large purple pear shaped fruits. Best grown under glass or in a polytunnel. Aubergines are also called eggplant and the entire fruit (stem excluded) is edible, from the smooth flesh to the soft seeds. Aubergines can be cooked with the skin on or off, with many reckoning the skin adds structure and seals in flavours.
Black Beauty variety are early maturing and reliably give high yields of top quality fruit.
