Brussels Sprouts 'Brigitte F1'

In a nutshell....

Brigitte F1 is a fantastic variety with impressive disease resistance and a great ‘nutty’ sprout flavour. The buds on these plants won't open up too early which is a common problem with other varieties of sprout. 75 seeds per packet.

Hi Trist. Unfortunately it is too late to sow sprouts in July, the latest I would advise is late May or very early June at a stretch.

Hi there. Do you have Brussel sprouts plants or plugs that can go straight into a raised bed? And when do I need to plant them to have some for our Christmas dinner? Thanks, Una

Hi Una I am afraid we ran out of Brussel Sprout plants about 4 weeks ago. You would typically need to have them in the ground by late May early June for Christmas sprouts. Niall Quickcrop

Hi can I sow sprout seeds now
Answered by Andrew

Hi Jean. Yes you can however if you are sowing now to have them for Christmas it is to late. Sprout seeds sown now will only get to about 8/10 inches before growth stops in late October. The plants will then sit over winter and start to grow again in early Spring giving you Sprouts for late May early June of next season.
