The perfect cauliflower for cauliflower cheese? Cheddar F1 produces medium sized heads of a stunning yellow/orange colour. The florets have a super cauliflower flavour and retain their striking colour when cooked. It also contains higher amounts of beta-carotene (an antioxidant) than traditional cauliflower varieties.
Sunlight exposure brings out their colour, so there is no need to wrap the heads. The crop is most suited to autumn harvests, but can also be grown for summer harvest. An easy cauliflower to grow with a good yield.
