Description
Red onion 'Akado' is a heavy yielding variety of autumn onion with good storage potentail. They are a mid to late maturing variety that are great for cooking with or using as an addition to any salad with a sweet and complex red onion flavour. Perfect for planting in the autumn, overwintering and harvestign in June/July the following year.
Planting:
Plant in Autumn right up to late Winter in full sun and well drained soil.
