Eaves height on Sirius greenhouses is 1.56m (5’1″), ridge height is 2.52m (8’3″).
Spacious ‘Orangery style’ greenhouse, beautifully designed with many fine features. Lots of space for growing plants or just relaxing (or both!). The 'Sirius' offers an impressive eaves’ height of 1.56m and single panes of 3mm toughened glass throughout the building are held securely in place with a new black rubber capping system.
A strong matching steel base and three downpipes are included as standard, as well as double doors and 4 roof vents. Available in powder coated black.
Does the Sirius greenhouse need a base?
No, the Sirius greenhouse features an integrated base as standard. If required a DIY timber or masonry base may be constructed but this is not a requirement of the design.
Assembly Service
We provide an assembly service if required. Our Vitavia greenhouse expert will deliver and assemble your new greenhouse in a suitable location in your garden. Assembly prices may vary depending on the site (see table below). Hard Surface assumes the site is prepared and ready for construction, while On Soil applies to sites that require preparation or modification by our assembler before building your greenhouse. Toughened glass
The Sirius greenhouse is available with toughened glass only. Toughened or safety glass is more costly than horticultural grade but is 10 times stronger and, when broken, shatters into very small pieces in the same manner as a car window. We would recommend that toughened glass is used in any exposed location and where safety is a concern.
Lead time
Please be aware that there is currently an 8 week lead time on all glasshouses due to high demand. This will be the same for any Vitavia greenhouse supplier in Ireland.
