Description
This impressive variety of tulip produces fringed pink petals that add a lot of texture to floral displays. Suitable to be grown in smaller pots and containers and generally growing to be 30cm tall. The large blooms can be up to 12cm wide, great for adding depth and layering to displays. Opens during the day and slightly closes again at night.
If cutting for a floral display do so when the buds are coloured but not fully open.
Planting instructions:
- Plant before frost sets in (Oct-Nov).
- Space 10cm apart and plant at a depth of 15cm.
- For best colouring these need full sun in well drained fertile soil.
- Avoid overwatering and only water if conditions are very dry.
