European deliveries outside Ireland
We also deliver to the UK and other European countries, please see our delivery rates below. Our flat delivery rate is an absolute bargain and is far cheaper than any of our competitors, please take this into account when comparing product prices.
For Deliveries to Switzerland, Norway and the Channel Islands all customs charges are the responsibility of the Purchaser. Quickcrop are happy to ship to you however any Customs charges will be dealt with between the purchaser and the Courier company

Bulk Soil Delivery Information
Delivery is Kerbside delivery. While the delivery driver will do his best to get the bag as close as he can to your property he is unable to move the bag over kerbs, walls, hedges, up an incline or on loose gravel surfaces. Remember the bag is extremely heavy and once off the truck is moved by the effort of the driver alone using a hand operated pallet truck. The soil can only go as close to your site as the pallet truck allows.
The soil is delivered in cubic metre bags placed on a wooden pallet and our couriers can not collect empty pallets after delivery.
Truck Sizes and Site Access
It is important to note that our Delivery trucks are 18 tonne Rigid trucks that are 12m long, 2.5m wide and 4.1m high. A gate would need to be at least 3.5 metres wide for safe access, while a laneway would have to have overhead clearance of 5 metres with no overhanging trees or cables.
IMPORTANT: If you refuse delivery because of an access issue to your property which we have not been made aware of beforehand, your order will be refunded less a €55.00 collection charge per bulk bag. Please read the above delivery info carefully to avoid any misunderstanding.

If you have ordered a variety of soil mixes please note that the following letters will denote what is in the Bulk bag:
V - Vegetable soil mix, C - Container mix, M - Mushroom Compost, S - Super soil mix, G - Greenhouse mix, T - Topsoil, L - Lawn mix, B - Border mix, P - Progrow, H - Hedging mix, F - Farmyard Manure/Compost
Pre-Order/Seasonal Products
If your order has a pre-order item in it like Garlic, Onions, Potatoes, Bulbs or Fruit we will hold your order until the seasonal item arrives in to stock and then dispatch. If you need the other items in your order sooner just email us and we will arrange to have them sent out first.
Can I track the parcel myself?
When the order has been dispatched we will provide you with a tracking number for your shipment. You will be able to track its progress using that. You can, of course, contact us through our contact page should you need any further information.
What If I'm not in at time of delivery?
The driver will leave a note with the depot contact number if you are not in. Delivery can be arranged for the next day or a later date.
I'm ordering several items, do they all arrive at the same time?
All items dispatched at the same time will normally be delivered in one delivery. The exceptions are bulk bags of soil or compost which comes in a separate delivery using a different delivery company.
Can I get a VAT receipt?
Yes, of course! Once your order has been placed, simply email us to advise that you require a VAT receipt - make sure to include any address details you need on the docket - and then once your order has been processed through our accounts system we will have a VAT receipt drawn up and sent on. Typically it will take 2-3 working days from date of order for us to process a VAT receipt.
What if my parcel is damaged or I wish to return the goods I have ordered?
Contact us and we will arrange collection and refund or replacement of faulty or damaged goods.
If you wish to return goods for any reason other than damaged or faulty items please return the item to us at the following address and we will issue a refund minus the delivery charge. Goods must be undamaged and in their original packaging. Please take care when parceling returned goods to ensure it reaches us in good condition.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Damages to goods delivered must be reported within 2 working days of delivery being received and a photo of the damages emailed to us via our contact page. We will respond within 24 hours with a full resolution. After 48 hours we can not claim for the damage goods against the couriers so this time frame is important.
Bulk bag returns - If you refuse delivery of a bulk bag or any other item sent on a shipping pallet due to access issues to your property, your order will be refunded but you will be liable for a €55.00 collection charge. Please read the delivery terms on the bulk product pages carefully to avoid any misunderstanding.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
