    Kale 'Red Russian'

    This 'Red Russian' Kale is really fast germinator, i bought plug plants in April which i planted in a shaded part of my greenhouse, approx 4 hours sunshine per day, and i am still picking incredibly tasty leaves. The seeds produce 3 sets of leaves in a couple of weeks and are ready to plant out. I've 3 separate swings outside and the Red Russian is without doubt the highlight of the summer so far, if you can call what we get in Ireland a summer!!
