Pak Choi 'Joi Choi F1' - Asian Brassica

I have used a whole package of this pak choi last year. I had it outside in the raised beds where it done ok, seeing as my pest control has some finetuning coming it's way, it wasn't the pak choi's fault it was ravaged by flea beetles, eaten by slugs and marauding chickens. where it really came into itself was in the tunnel over winter. i did an august sowing and we are eating from it all winter long. it is absolutely fabulous cut up as a salad. take the leaves in a cut- and- come again fashion and it just keeps on going. I highly recommend it for vigour! I also love the taste- fresh, crisp and mild easily spiced up whichever way you want.top rating, just bought a new packet!

They are growing very well .they were strong plants and I look forward to eating them .
