Hi James M9 Rootstock will typically give trees that are 6ft to 9ft tall or what you are looking for 2/3 metres. They are 2 years old when you get them and are well branched. The trees will flower in year one and may produce fruit but will definitely produce fruit in their second year Niall Quickcrop

How long does it take for the tree to establish and produce fruit? Will it fruits say next summer?
Answered by Niall
on November 05th, 2019
Hi Hala Once the tree has been planted properly with good feed it will produce crop in the first season after planting. These trees are already 2 years old so when you plant them they will be going in to their 3rd year. That said the fruit in the first year will be limited. It is normally the following year that you really start to see good fruit Niall Quickcrop

Can these be grown in pots?

I am afraid not as apple tree roots spread out in a very wide span across the soil and not down deep so it would have to be a huge pot.
