Shallot Golden Gourmet produces very high quality bulbs which have a reduced tendency to bolt over other varieties. Bulbs are good and fleshy with an excellent flavour. Storage is also very good with several months being common.
We recommend unpacking your shallots sets on receipt and spread out in a cool, light place until planting time.
