Description
These biodegradable pellets are a reliable and effective way of controlling slugs and snails in the garden. The pellets are rain resistant and swell when damp to make them more attractive to slugs.
The blue pellets contain a naturally occurring ingredient, Ferric Phosphate. Once they consume the bait pellet, slugs cease to feed. They then crawl into the ground or a secluded location to die.
These are a safer alternative to the slug pellets of old, and are gentler on the environment, to wildlife, pets and so on.
If unconsumed, the pellets break down into the soil adding iron and phosphate and nutrients.
Directions for Use:
At the first sign of plant damage use as directed during late evening or early morning when slugs are most active.
Evenly scatter the pellets around edible plants at 5g per square metre. Repeat treatments may be necessary.
