Description
A stunning cauliflower variety with deep purple florets that will stop any garden visitors in their tracks! Graffiti F1 will retain its distinctive colour when cooked, especially if you steam rather than boil. Well suited to early summer cropping when sown under cover in late February.
The purple colour reflects a high concentration of beneficial anthocyanins, and it will intensify with sunlight exposure. Just as well then that this is also a heat tolerant crop. The curds have a delicious, nutty taste and are suitable for roasting, sautéing or eating raw.
An RHS Award-winning variety.
