Description
Lovage is a tall perennial herb with a celery-like scent. It is grown in our nursery and comes well established.
Quite a vigorous grower, this plant needs little maintenance when established apart from watering. Place in part-shade in rich, moist soil and give it plenty of space (1 metre spread).
Leaves can be used for sauces, soups, stews and more. The roots can be used as a vegetable. The seeds are also used as a spice, making this a very versitile herb.
This plant comes in a P9 pot and is ready to plant out. P9 pots are 9cm in diameter and are commonly used by professional horticulturists.
