Description
An easy-to-grow mixture of traditional Irish native wildflower species from Blooming Native. The conservation-grade seed mix is suitable for most soil types - with the exception of very dry soils. 40% annual species are included, which will show colour from the first year of growth. Biennials and perennials get their chance to shine in the following years.
This is an impressive list of native species, and you can add to the aesthetic effect by cutting the mix short at the front and medium height in the middle, while leaving tall species at the back. The result will be an impressive display of colour and vibrance. Bees and butterflies will be pretty happy with it too!
The wildflowers included in this mixture are recommended by the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) as ‘Plants for Pollinators’.
