Description
Timber Eco Shield from Protek gives a traditional looking matt stain finish in a range of natural colours. Quick drying and non-harmful to plants, animals or children, this wood stain is ideal for prolonging the life and appearance of any timber surface indoors and out with a waterproof finish.
Eco Shield can be used on any softwood and hardwoods, and works especially well on pressure treated timber, as used in all our raised beds and our wooden garden furniture.
Application: 2 coats are recommended (colour will be more intense with 2 coats); allow the first to dry before applying the second.
Apply the second coat on the same day as the first.
No primer or basecoat is required.
The manufacturer advises the timber has a wood preservative pre-treatment for ultimate performance.
1 Litre will cover 10-12 sqm per coat.
