Description
This egg shaped bulbous flower is adorned with soft mango petals with a pink blush towards the edges. This classic cup shape the tulip is known for maintains its shape even when fully open. The flower gives off an almost luminous feel which is perfect for borders and containers. Sturdy stems make for great cut flowers. A symbol of spring these flowers work well planted as a large bunch or with pink/white companions.
Planting instructions:
- Plant before frost sets in (Oct-Nov).
- Space 10cm apart and plant at a depth of 15cm.
- For best colouring these need full sun in well drained fertile soil.
- Avoid overwatering and only water if conditions are very dry.
