Bulbs can brighten up any garden with colourful, fragrant and delicate flowers. Empathy Bulb Starter helps you to get the absolute best from your bulbs with the minimum of effort.
It is a biologically active feed enhanced with Rootgrow mycorrhizal fungi. These special fungi form a symbiotic relationship with plants, creating a vast secondary root system which enhances water and nutrient uptake.
Bulb Starter also contains:
- Vermiculite to improve drainage and soil aeration
- Seaweed meal as a source of natural auxins that stimulate root development
Ideal for planting a wide range of bulbs, including:
- tulips, daffodils and alliums
- corms such as freesias and crocosmia
- tubers such as dahlias, day lilies, potatoes and begonias

One pack of Bulb Starter can treat up to 50 bulbs.
Instructions
Small bulbs or corms: Use 5-10g.
Large bulbs or corms: Use 10-20g.
Application
Sprinkle the granules into the base of the planting hole.
Place your bulb, corm or tuber directly on top of the product, ensuring contact with the granules.
Back fill with soil or compost and ensure thorough watering if planting in spring. If planting in autumn avoid over watering.
