Description
Dahlia 'Bishop of Llandaff' is the original 'Bishop' variety. The flowers are a stunning deep carmine red over the characteristic dark aubergine foliage. All the 'Bishops' are great pollinators with their open, easy to access flowers; they also have the added advantage of late flowering so are an important source of nectar later in the season.
An ideal dahlia for container growing where it will add punch to your patio planting. Also a prolific provider of cut flowers.
'Bishop of Llandaff' will flower from July to October, it will do best in full sun and fertile soil.
