Description
The Goji fruit, (Also Called The Wolf Berry) is a berry found originally in the Himalayas. It has small red berries that grow on small bushes. Goji's were used thousands of years ago by Chinese herbalists for improving energy, sexual health and vitality. More recently Goji berries became a popular 'superfood' because their high levels of vitamins, trace elements and anti oxidants, notably iron, selenium and vitamins B2 and C.
Plants require a warm and sheltered position to produce berries and will be best grown against a sunny, south facing wall.
