Lettuce, Cos 'Red Cos'

Description

Red Cos is a dark red leafed variety of Cos lettuce, commonly grown for baby leaf production. Mild, crisp and tender leaves.

The plants are sturdy with good tolerance to both heat and cold. 

• Sow every 2 weeks from late March to July for a continuous crop.
• Sow each seed into an individual module and plant out after about 4 weeks; leave seeds uncovered.
• Space plants 25 cm (9.8 in) apart, with the same spacing between rows.
