A red, ball type radicchio with a distinctive crisp and fresh taste. Adds texture and bite to salads with it’s slightly bitter flavour perfectly matched with olive oil or cool mozerella cheese.
Sowing & Spacing:
Sow from May to July. Sow each seed into an individual module (approx 1cm deep) and plant out after about 4 weeks.
Space plants 25cm (9.8in) apart, with 30cm (11.8in) spacing between rows.
