Description
A very fast growing (approx. 35 days to harvest) pure white salad turnip, with excellent sweetness and a hint of peppery flavour. The large, tender, bright green tops make for an excellent steamed vegetable.
Polar produces high yields of small white skinned turnips. Sow as late as September.
