A freshly grown herb plant suitable to pot/container growing. Nurtured in our nursery for 8-10 weeks before shipping.
A biennial plant that produces large taproots. It grows a low rosette of leaves in the first year followed by tall flowering stalks in the second year.
The leaves can be used in soups and sauces. The seeds are used as a spice for meat and fish as well as in baking. The root is used as a vegetable.
This plant comes in a P9 pot and is ready to plant out. P9 pots are 9cm in diameter and are commonly used by professional horticulturists.
