Description
Chervil is a culinary herb from the carrot family. It produces soft parsley-like leaves with a mild peppery flavour and hints of anise. Used in egg dishes and fish/chicken dishes it is best used fresh. It loses most of its flavour when dried or overcooked. This is why in cooking, it is usually added just before serving. As a plant it likes partial shade and cool weather, so it is very comfortable growing in Ireland.
Comes ready to plant in a P9 pot.
