Comfrey is a deep root plant from the borage plant family. These deep roots are very beneficial at bringing up minerals from deep soil. The large root system causes the plant to grow quickly. Produces hairy green leaves and small tubular flowers that grow in clusters. Great to grow as an organic fertilizer and to attract pollinators.
This plant comes in a P9 pot and is ready to plant out. P9 pots are 9cm in diameter and are commonly used by professional horticulturists.
