An ideal succulent for beginners, Crassula ovata or ‘Money Tree’ is an easy to grow, branching plant with oval bright green leaves with attractive red edges.
The Jade plant is one for the easiest succulents to grow, it just needs a sunny windowsill and a little water and it will thrive. Jade makes an excellent house plant which can grow to around 3 foot but can be pruned or propagated easily for more compact arrangements. It’s branching habit also makes it very versatile as a bonsai tree when it can be pruned into very attractive miniature tree shapes.
