A big, bold dinner-plate type dahlia, 'Kelvin Floodlight' is almost as bright as the name suggests with giant primrose colour flowers wth a deeper lemon yellow centre. it is one of the largest dahlias you will see with it's broad flowers measuring up to 25cm across, they really are huge!
