Description
Decorative dahlia 'Tartan' has been top of the pile since the 1950's, hardly surprising as it boasts very large two-toned flowers in a striking combination of burgundy and white. The blooms can be up to 25cm in diameter with a very didtinctive striped pattern that can't fail to get attantion whether in the garden or in a vase of cut flowers.
