Description
Lemon Balm is an aromatic herb plant from the mint family with a heart shaped leaves. Grown fresh in our nursery, it comes well established and is 8-10 weeks old when shipped. It produces pale yellow/white flowers from July to September.
Where lemon grass offers a sharp lemon aroma, lemon balm produces a sweet lemon aroma. Lemon Balm tea is very nice with a drop of honey. It is also great chopped up and added to salads or infused in jams or jellies.
