Description
The award winning Pop-in new gen V2 reusable nappy from Close is an eco friendly alternative to disposable nappies, designed to save on the waste and the cost.
The Pop-in new gen V2 has stretchy tabs for a snug fit, just like a disposable. It has a soft waterproof shell that lets your baby's bottom breathe and a clever absorbent panel in the outer shell which helps hold the wetness in the middle of the nappy.
Each Pop-in +bamboo nappy has a soaker and booster inner fabric which fasten into place inside the soft breathable waterproof cover. Poppers on the front can be adjusted for the nappy to fit all babies from newborn up to toddlers.
Suitable for all babies between 3.5-16kg (7-35lbs)
The soft, inner liners are made from bamboo, a luxurious, comfortable material that is antibacterial, breathable and incredibly absorbent, recommended for parents concerned about sensitive and allergy prone skin.
Outer shell has vibrant Tiger design.
From the Close Mission Statement.
"We have a very close working relationship with all our suppliers, based on their excellence and ability, rather than cost, and as a result our relationship outweighs global economics.
Locally, we dedicate time to support the national network of sling & nappy libraries, providing subsidised products for these not for profit organisations. We are also proud to support Bliss, the UK charity supporting premature births.
We donate nappies, bibs and hygiene products to international causes such as The Point Foundation, a UK based organisation, which works on sustainable community projects in Rwanda.
We also donate fabric to Jane Wright, a true champion of good causes, who not only up-cycles our waste material to produce reusable menstrual kits for young teenage girls in Malawi but also spend time teaching locals how to make them for themselves.
Bamboo is the fastest growing plant in the world, it is grown naturally, without industrialised farming. It is sustainable, and thrives without pesticides or fertilizers. It is 100% biodegradable and re-shoots without being uprooted. We think it is the perfect nappy material."
