Growing Instructions
Sprouting: Place seed potatoes in a light, cool area and protect them from frost to encourage sprouting. Planting: Once frost risk has passed, plant 4–5" (10–12 cm) deep in shallow ridges. Space 8–9" (20–22 cm) apart in rows with 2 ft (60 cm) between rows. Earthing Up: When plants reach 8" (20 cm) tall, earth them up to boost yields.
Watering: Keep plants well-watered to maximize yields and prevent scab.
