Description
A low-growing rosemary variety with clusters of purple-blue flowers and a growing habit that trails down over walls or raised bed edges. The fragrant needle-like leaves can be used fresh or dried to add flavouring to roasts or stews.
A great choice for cottage gardens and side borders, it also does well in containers.
Goes well with:
Flowers - Thymus Vulgaris (Common Thyme), Salvia Officinalis (Common Sage)
Grasses - Carex Comans (Mop Headed Sedge); most grasses
Care of Rosmarinus officinalis 'Prostratus'
Trim Rosemary back regularly in spring to retain a tidy bushy appearance.
