Description
Corno Rosso produces long, tapered, thick-skinned peppers with a sweet flesh lending them to frying and roasting. The peppers can be harvested when they are green but they will take on a sweeter taste as they ripen to a deep red colour.
Corno Rosso is a tall-growing and high-yielding plant that is suitable for growing in pots and containers. Support with canes as they mature. The peppers can grow to 25cm long and 6cm wide. With their crisp flavour, they are a popular addition to pizza and pasta dishes.
