Description
The Vigo hydraulic fruit press is a food grade, stainless steel press that has a 5 ton hydraulic jack and an oak chock for extra pressing leverage. The cage, pressing plate and juice tray are all made from 304 grade stainless steel and the frame is made from welded steel, painted in food grade green paint. These presses are very easy to use; place the oak chock between the pressure plate and the hydraulic jack and then begin pumping. Releasing the tension on the jack resets the press. The large 50 Litre capacity of the basket makes this the ideal juicer for home use and it will produce large amounts of juice quickly.
Straining bags come included with the 50 litre Vigo Hydraulic Fruit Press. They fit perfectly inside the press so that juice can be strained as it is pressed. These bags are machine washable and have strong double stitched seams. Especially good for seeded fruits, grapes and apple juice making.
