Description
The colorful "Watermelon Radish" of historic China. The 4-inch round roots have white and green skin, but the magic is in their rose-red center which is so sweet, crisp, and delicious. A good radish to add color to salads and stir-fries.
Seeds per pack - 100
Sow directly outside in a well prepared seed bed in shallow drills (1.5cm deep). Best sown in late Summer or Autumn as early Summer sowings may bolt.
Spacing:
Between rows: 25 cm
Thin to 5cm between plants.
