Description
Jesuit missionaries gathered up this ancient winter radish from China and introduced it to Europe in the 1950s. Now ours to enjoy, the long peppery roots, have bright, beautiful rose-coloured skin with white flesh. An ideal variety for Autumn planting.
Seeds per pack - 250
Sow directly outside in a well prepared seed bed in shallow drills (1.5cm deep). Best sown in late Summer - early Autumn, as early Summer sowings may bolt.
Spacing:
Between rows: 25 cm
Thin to 5cm between plants.
