'Creme de Cassis' must be one of the most striking decorative dahlia varieties with it's stunning blend of colors ranging through burgundy, blackcurrant, lilac, and pink. Unusually, the top surface of the petals is different from the bottom which creates a stunning effect. When viewed from above, the lilacs and pinks dominate while the side profile shows off the dark reds and purples.
This is a gorgeous plant that looks almost good enough to eat!
