Description
Tulip ‘Paul Scherer’ is as close to the mythical black tulip as you can get, being the very darkest purple available. Blooms are velvety deep maroon, appearing almost black and give a show stopping contrast with oranges, burgundies, or whites. Stems are 45-50cm tall making 'Paul Scherer' sleek and elegant, very impressive in cut flower arrangements.
