Description
This soil mix is widely regarded as the ideal soil type for gardens and borders. It results in a free-draining soil that is adept at retaining moisture and nutrients.
This bulk soil mix includes:
80% Loamy soil: Loamy soil is a very well-balanced mix of sand, silt and clay
15% nutrient-rich compost to promote healthy plant growth.
5% Sandy Grit to further optimise drainage and soil structure.
If you have ordered a variety of soil mixes please note that the following letters will denote what is in the Bulk bag:
V - Vegetable soil mix, C - Container mix, M - Mushroom Compost, S - Super soil mix, G - Greenhouse mix, T - Topsoil, L - Lawn mix, B - Border mix, P - Progrow, H - Hedging mix, F - Farmyard Manure/Compost mix
