Description
Dryopteris erythrosora provides shade and shelter for insects in summer, almost evergreen in mild areas offering important winter habitats under it's leaves and in it's leaf litter.
Autumn Fern gets its name from the coppery-pink colour of the new fronds, which contrast beautifully with the more mature dark green ones. Ideal way to create interest in a woodland style setting. Cut back old, dead leaves in winter to allow for new growth in spring.
